I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is great, super close to the Victoria ferry and downtown with easy access to Vancouver Island. The rooms were cozy and the service was top-notch. The dining experience was delicious with included gourmet products. However, the facilities were a bit lacking. Overall, a great value for the money.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Black Ball ferry and many excellent restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the service was outstanding. However, the dining experience was just average, and the price was a bit high for what was offered.
